There has never been a better time to get in on the ground floor of a technological rush that will literally sweep the globe. Over the past decade we have seen solar installations, research and development blossom in Europe and Scandanavia but the U.S. has been hesitant to adapt owing to the influence of entrenched industries and lobbys.
